Paid Services and Terms of Sale
You may place an order for Paid Services at any time (subject to any planned or unplanned downtime). You may check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order to us by clicking the “Submit Purchase” button on the checkout page. An order submitted by you constitutes a legally binding offer given by you to us to purchase the Paid Services specified in that order, subject to these Terms of Service, at the price and on the terms stated when you sign up or place your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Your order will not be considered accepted until we have received payment of the purchase price of your order. We may send an acknowledgment of our receipt of your order to the email address you provide, after your payment for the order has been processed, so that you may print the information for your records. Unless otherwise stated at the time you place your order, title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you specified when you placed the order, provided full payment of all sums due in respect of the product(s), including any delivery charges, has been received.
Our products and services, including, without limitation, our Paid Services, are for your personal, non-commercial use, and once delivered to you may not be resold, redistributed, exported or used for any other commercial purpose. The rights you have under these Terms of Service are personal to you and are non-transferable.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or customer service for products that have been acquired from an unauthorized reseller, including, but not limited to, any seller on Amazon, eBay or similar online marketplaces.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Products are not shipped until payment has been received and confirmed by O Yes and Enthroned Empress, Inc. O Yes and Enthroned Empress, Inc. does not agree to, and is not bound by, any other terms or conditions such as terms in a purchase order that have not been expressly agreed to in writing signed by a duly authorized officer of O Yes and Enthroned Empress, Inc.. Please ask our customer service for details. Certain exclusions may apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal. Use whichever method you’re most comfortable with.

How do I view my cart?
Click on the cart icon on the top right corner of the page at any time to view your cart. Now imagine it’s your virtual sensuality cart and fill it up.
How do I apply a coupon code?
Once you’ve clicked on the cart icon on the top right corner of your screen, review the contents of your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout.” Once on the checkout page, you’ll see “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code” ~ so please, click here to enter your code. You’ll then fill in your coupon code where it is marked “coupon code” and then click “Apply Coupon” and your discount will be deducted from the total.
If you’re shopping on your mobile device, you will enter the coupon code on the same screen that you enter your payment method.

Can I apply more than one coupon code to my order?
Only one coupon code may be used per order. Save the other for a rainy day.
How do I create an account?
Click on “My Account” on the top of the Home Page and then enter your email address when prompted. Fill out the appropriate fields and then click register. O Yes ~ That was easy. Now let’s get some Celebration started.
How do I log out?
Click on the “Account” link in the upper right corner of the screen, then click “Log Out” once you’ve reached your account dashboard page. You’re now successfully logged out. Come back soon.
How do I reset my password?
Click the “Sign In” link on the upper right corner of the screen. Enter your email address when prompted and press Enter. Click on the “Reset Your Password” link. A link will be sent to your email address to reset your password. Choose something besides your name or “password.”
Why am I not receiving my reset password email?
Check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, please attempt to reset your password again from our site. If you’re still not receiving a link to reset it, contact our Sensuality Team and they will help you out.
How do I unsubscribe from your email list?
We hate to see you go (and miss out on special offers and other important updates), but we understand the need for a less cluttered inbox. Simply click on the unsubscribe link that’s at the bottom of all of our emails and we will remove you from all future mailings. If you continue to receive emails, please contact our Sensuality Team.

Your Order is shipped within 24-48 hours Monday – Friday in a padded mailer for protection.
How do I track my order?
You’ll be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also login to your account to check your order status at any time or contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
How long will it take for me to receive my O Yes Products?
You can begin your celebration in 7-10 days if you live in the United States.
Do You Ship Internationally?
O Yes! We ship internationally using USPS Postal Service.We want women all over the globe to Celebrate their Sensuality.
Any duties that your country places on goods shipped from the US are not covered in the purchase or shipping price and must be taken care of directly with your local customs office.
How long does it take for International customers to receive their O Yes Products?
You can expect your order to arrive in 10-14 days, and begin celebrating, but it depends on the country and customs in that country. We look forward to helping you Celebrate Your Sensuality, no matter which continent you’re on.
What do I need to do if Tracking Link is not working?
Occasionally, the link in your tracking email may not work. No need to worry.
Simply copy the tracking number from your email and paste it into Google, and follow the link for USPS to track your order. It’s more than likely that your order is already on it’s way.

YOU’LL LOVE O YES PRODUCTS OR YOUR MONEY BACK! We have a 100% Happiness and Love guarantee. We stand behind our products, and my team and I will always do our best to be sure your are fully taken care of.
If you don’t love your O Yes products, please email our Sensuality Team at Support@SayOYes.com within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
Just mail us back the product (postmarked within 30 days after receipt of your purchase) with the packing slip, so we know who returned it, to this returns address –

and we will offer a full refund less shipping and handling. We cannot accept any products after that period.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and a refund will be processed. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What do I do if my O Yes Product arrived damaged?
Please reach out to us with a photo of how your product arrived and we will make it right. Your happiness is our priority.
